# Create and Configure Your watt.ma Operator Account

> Sign up on watt.ma, complete your operator profile, add a first site, and invite administrators according to your plan.

Creating your watt.ma account is the first step to monitor and monetize your charging stations. This guide covers sign-up, configuring your operator profile, adding your first geographic site, and inviting team members.

  <Step title="Sign up on watt.ma">
    Go to [watt.ma](https://watt.ma) and click **Create an account**. Enter your business email, a secure password, and your organization name (charging operator, business, municipality, and so on). Accept the terms of use and submit. A confirmation email is sent: click the link to activate your account.

  <Step title="Complete the operator profile">
    Sign in and go to **Account > Settings**. Fill in:

    * **Company name**: the legal name of your organization
    * **Tax identifier**: your ICE number (Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise) or equivalent
    * **Address and contact details**: mailing address, phone, and city
    * **Currency**: MAD (Moroccan dirham) by default, adjustable as needed

    This information appears on receipts and invoices generated for your users.

  <Step title="Add a first site">
    In the **Sites** menu, click **New site**. Enter the site name (for example: "Hotel X Parking", "Residence Y", "University Z Campus"), the full address, and GPS coordinates if available. A site groups one or more charging stations. You can create unlimited sites starting from the Startup plan.

  <Step title="Invite administrators">
    Go to **Account > Team management** and click **Invite a member**. Enter the person's email address and assign a role. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization.

  Available roles are: **Owner** (full access), **Administrator** (manage stations, pricing, and sessions), and **Viewer** (read-only on reports and dashboard).

  You can upgrade your plan at any time from **Account > Plans and pricing**. Migration is instant and preserves all your data.
