# Export charging data from watt.ma

> Export sessions and revenue as CSV, schedule automatic email deliveries, and manage retention of your historical charging data.

watt.ma lets you export all your charging data to integrate into your accounting, internal dashboards, or regulatory reporting obligations. Exports cover charging sessions, revenue, and energy consumption data.

## Export manually as CSV

<Steps>

    Sign in to [web.watt.ma](https://web.watt.ma), open the **Reports** section, and select the module you want: Sessions, Revenue, or Energy.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply filters">
    Set the analysis period and apply filters by site or station to limit the export to relevant data.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the export">
    Click the **Export** button at the top right of the table. The CSV file automatically downloads to your device.

## Schedule automatic exports

You can configure periodic report deliveries by email to automate your administrative follow-up.

    In the **Reports** section, click **Scheduled exports** in the side menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a rule">
    Click **New scheduled export**. Choose the report type, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), and email recipients.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm and activate">
    Review the settings and activate the rule. The first export will be sent according to the chosen frequency.
  </Step>

<Note>
  Scheduled exports are available starting with the **Production** plan. The **Startup** plan only supports manual exports from the interface.

## Data retention

<Note>
  watt.ma keeps your complete session and revenue history with no time limit for the Production and Enterprise plans. The **Startup** plan retains data for the last 12 months. Upgrade to a higher plan to unlock access to your full history.
</Note>

## CSV file format

Exported files use CSV format with semicolon separator and UTF-8 encoding. Columns include: session ID, start and end date and time, station, energy delivered in kWh, billed amount, payment method, and transaction status.
