The watt.ma dashboard is your command center for monitoring your entire charging infrastructure. It displays an interactive map of your sites, the status of each connector, active sessions, and recent alerts, all updated in real time.
1

Access the dashboard

Sign in to watt.ma. The dashboard displays by default upon login. Otherwise, click Dashboard in the main left menu.
2

Explore the site map

The map view shows the location of each site. Color markers indicate the overall site status:
  • Green: all connectors are available
  • Orange: at least one session in progress
  • Red: all stations are offline or in error
Click a site to zoom in and see station details.
3

Check connector status

In the side panel or list view, each connector displays its status:
  • Available: ready for a session
  • Busy: a charge is in progress
  • Offline: the station is not communicating with watt.ma
  • Error: a hardware or software issue is detected
4

Monitor active sessions

The Active sessions section lists all active charges with instantaneous power, energy delivered, and elapsed time. Click a session to see full details.
5

Analyze consumption

The consumption chart aggregates total energy delivered by site or period (day, week, month). Use it to identify usage peaks and adjust your pricing.
If you manage multiple sites (residences, hotels, parking lots), enable the multi-site view at the top of the dashboard. You can filter by region, status, or site name to keep only the stations you care about on screen.
