Creating your watt.ma account is the first step to monitor and monetize your charging stations. This guide covers sign-up, configuring your operator profile, adding your first geographic site, and inviting team members.

Sign up on watt.ma

Go to watt.ma and click Create an account. Enter your business email, a secure password, and your organization name (charging operator, business, municipality, and so on). Accept the terms of use and submit. A confirmation email is sent: click the link to activate your account.

Complete the operator profile

Sign in and go to Account > Settings. Fill in:
  • Company name: the legal name of your organization
  • Tax identifier: your ICE number (Identifiant Commun de l’Entreprise) or equivalent
  • Address and contact details: mailing address, phone, and city
  • Currency: MAD (Moroccan dirham) by default, adjustable as needed
This information appears on receipts and invoices generated for your users.

Add a first site

In the Sites menu, click New site. Enter the site name (for example: “Hotel X Parking”, “Residence Y”, “University Z Campus”), the full address, and GPS coordinates if available. A site groups one or more charging stations. You can create unlimited sites starting from the Startup plan.

Invite administrators

Go to Account > Team management and click Invite a member. Enter the person’s email address and assign a role. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Roles and limits by planAvailable roles are: Owner (full access), Administrator (manage stations, pricing, and sessions), and Viewer (read-only on reports and dashboard).
You can upgrade your plan at any time from Account > Plans and pricing. Migration is instant and preserves all your data.
