Overview
Settlement is distinct from the revenue report. The revenue report measures activity and value generated. The settlement organizes payment to the partner, with its own statuses, audit trail, and approval procedure.Settlement lifecycle
These states reflect the product target model. The current implementation may group some statuses. Contact support for the exact state of your deployment.

Statement contents
Each statement includes:- Partner and site
- Covered period
- Number of sessions and kWh delivered
- Gross charging revenue
- Adjustments (refunds, credit notes, manual corrections)
- Sharing base after adjustments
- Applied owner share
- Status, settlement method (transfer, check), bank reference
Administrator actions

Calculate and approve
At period close, the settlement moves to Calculated status. The administrator verifies the figures and clicks Approve.

Issue payment
Record the bank transfer or check with its reference. The settlement moves to Paid status.

Reconcile payment
When the debit appears on the bank account, click Reconcile. The settlement is then closed and archived. See Reconciliation for the full procedure.

Export the statement
Each statement can be exported to PDF for sending to the partner or to CSV for accounting. See Export Data.
Audit trail
Every status change is timestamped with the author and kept in the settlement history. Approved amounts cannot be modified afterwards: any correction goes through an adjustment in the following period.Permissions
