Three sources of chargers in one map

map.watt.ma aggregates three distinct sources to offer the most complete coverage of the Moroccan territory.

watt.ma network

All chargers supervised by the watt.ma CPMS over OCPP 1.6J, with real-time status, official tariffs and integrated CMI payment.

OCPI partner networks

Chargers from partner operators connected through the OCPI protocol, with availability and tariffs synced automatically.

Community

Stations not connected to any CPMS but identified and verified by drivers, with reviews and photos.

watt.ma network chargers

Every charger supervised by the watt.ma CPMS appears on the map automatically. Status is updated live over OCPP 1.6J:
  • Available (green): ready to start a session
  • In use (orange): session in progress
  • Out of service (gray): disconnected or faulty
Tariffs shown on the map come directly from the rules configured on web.watt.ma. See Tariffs for supported pricing components.

Partner networks over OCPI

watt.ma implements the OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface) protocol to interconnect its network with other Moroccan charge point operators. A partner charger connected through OCPI appears on map.watt.ma with:
  • Location and GPS coordinates
  • Synced availability status
  • Public tariffs from the operator
  • Connector types and power ratings
  • Operator name of origin
OCPI rollout is underway. See the roadmap for the progress of interconnection agreements and the list of available partner networks.

Community-identified chargers

Some charging stations installed in Morocco are not yet connected to a CPMS or an OCPI network. Drivers can report them on map.watt.ma to help others locate them. Each community charger is marked distinctly and enriched with:
  • Address and photo reported by a driver
  • Observed connector type
  • Confirmation from other drivers that it works
  • Reviews and ratings after use
  • Outage or unavailability reports
Do you know a charger in Morocco that is missing from the map? Add it from map.watt.ma to help other drivers and grow national coverage.
